Regardless of the location of the delivery platform, our services are designed to be managed from, and report activity back to our Operations Centre. This allows us to deliver consistent quality with the services we offer and ensures a high degree of availability.

Exafern have deployed a resilient set of delivery platforms and will pursue the deployment of additional points of presence in line with our growth strategy. Additional Secure Delivery Platforms will be deployed in locations that will allow us to meet our clients' expectations with regard to containment of data within their geographical boundaries.
Exafern Operations Centre
Our Operations Centre includes the tools that we require to supervise, manage and operate our systems, it also allows for the seamless deployment of additional points of presence.The Operations Centre allows us to:
- Monitor the health of our Secure Delivery Platforms
- Manage the infrastructures that delivers our services
- Report upon the usage of our services for each of our clients
- Consolidate statistics and generate anonymised trending reports that are shared with our clients
- Easily provision additional services to any one of our Secure Delivery Platforms
